The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority’s (CHFA) report on Colorado’s Rent Reporting for Credit Pilot Program. This program took place from October 1st, 2021 through April 1st, 2024 and was created as a result of the Rent Reporting for Credit Pilot Program Act passed in May 2021 by the Colorado General Assembly. CHFA was named to oversee it.
